• Molybdenum type 18/12 steel with a very low carbon content, protects against the risk of intergranular corrosion. 
• Can be used in environments where type 18.10 steels reside, with the exception of media combining nitric acid. 
• Molybdenum content equal to 2: 2.5 favoring jobs in areas larger than those provided for type 18.10 steels, particularly in the presence of sulfuric acid and chloride in the marine environment.

RECOMMENDATIONS OF USE

  • Never exceed the indicated WLL workload in kg.
  • Systematic visual inspection of the complete closure of the nut; no net should be apparent.
  • Quick link to use exclusively in the direction of the long axis.
  • Any Quick Link must be checked regularly. If in doubt, it is the responsibility of the user to replace it.
  • Closed with the help of a wrench with the recommended tightening torque, the Quick Link is transformed into a permanent connector.

  • Quick link to connect only with an element of the same material.
  • When connected to a chain, the quick link must be of the same diameter as this one.
  • Never connect a quick link to a lifting chain.
  • In saline environments, favor the use of Stainless Steel Quick Link exclusively.
  • PPE - EN 362 & EN 12275 standard: provide a user manual with each quick link sold or used as a connector for mounting on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
